  • We offer Free shipping within the Europe on orders from 85 EUR

  • Depending on several factors like destination and the size and quantity of your item(s), production turnaround varies. 

  • Your order is packed and shipped from the Europe.

    However, shipping and payment confirmations may cause delays. 

    Your order may be shipped in different packages and dates, please don't worry if you didn't get all items in the first package, we must ship other items in other package.

    Once you place the order, we start creating it for you. It takes time to create and send out the order. Each product is unique. Please be patient to receive your items.

    Estimated 3-10 business days and we offer a flat rate shipping fee for orders to Europe

    Estimated 10 - 20 business days and we offer a low flat rate shipping fee for orders to Rest of the World 

    *Orders placed during the Christmas, and New Year holiday weekend may be delayed by one business day due to high order volumes.
